Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and agree to give informed consent (it can be done remotely).
- Have confirmed prostate cancer, and your cancer must be high-risk or very high-risk based on PSA level, tumor stage, grade group, and/or lymph node involvement.
- Have a plan for definitive prostate radiation and hormone therapy (androgen ablation).
- Keep testosterone at very low levels during treatment, either with ongoing medical castration or by having had both testicles removed.
- Be able to swallow study medicines, attend required visits, and take medicines as directed for the study duration.
