  • You are a man aged 18 or older
  • Your cancer has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy but hasn't been treated with this kind of combination yet
  • You can still take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You have not been treated with a PARP inhibitor (like olaparib) for prostate cancer before
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner can have children
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function are within safe limits
