Who can take part
- You have generalized myasthenia gravis (MG) with weakness levels in MGFA Class II–IV at screening
- Your MG-Activities of Daily Living (MG-ADL) score is 6 or higher at screening and baseline
- You can get frequent blood tests and the study drug by IV infusion (you have usable veins)
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before the first dose and during screening
- For the under-the-skin (SC) groups: you must have suitable belly skin for injection and plan to keep your steroid/immune medicines unchanged for 8 weeks
- For the under-the-skin (SC) groups: you must agree not to donate sperm during the study and for at least 90 days after the last dose
