Who can take part
- You have generalized myasthenia gravis with muscle weakness that makes daily activities hard.
- You test positive for AChR antibodies (a specific protein linked to MG).
- Your symptoms are not mostly in the eyes, and you have a score of at least 5 on a daily living questionnaire.
- You have not responded well to your current MG treatment or have stopped some treatments due to side effects or lack of benefit.
- You have not had a thymectomy (thymus removal) in the past year and don't plan to have one.
- You do not have a current or recent cancer (within 3 years) or a weak immune system not caused by MG treatment.
