Who can take part

  • You have extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer on scans (not just limited-stage).
  • Your first treatment with EC plus PD-L1 medicine did not work (treatment failure).
  • Your performance status is 0 or 1, meaning you can do most self-care and are not significantly limited.
  • Your diagnosis must be small-cell lung cancer, not non-small cell lung cancer.
  • You are not currently pregnant (and can be required to use birth control if applicable).
