Who can take part

  • You have a type of lung cancer called NSCLC that is advanced (stage IIIB/IIIC) or has spread to other parts of the body, and it cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have already received treatment with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor) combined with platinum-based chemotherapy, and your cancer got worse.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • Your cancer does not have a neuroendocrine component (a specific cell type).
  • You do not have an EGFR mutation or ALK fusion (specific genetic changes) that would make targeted therapy an option.
  • Your tumors are not wrapped around major blood vessels or have significant necrosis (dead tissue) that could cause bleeding.
