Who can take part

  • You are age 19 or older.
  • Your heart event fits NSTEMI (chest pain/ischemia with abnormal heart blood tests) and does not show certain ECG patterns like ST-elevation.
  • You are scheduled for a PCI (stent procedure) within 72 hours of when your symptoms started.
  • You have multivessel disease: a non-culprit artery with about 50% narrowing and at least 2.5 mm vessel size, with more than one affected vessel.
  • Your study team says the non-culprit (non-IRA) blockage is treatable with PCI and you can use contrast dye safely.
  • You agree to the study plan (you or your legal protector can consent).
