- You are at least 19 years old
- You recently had an acute STEMI or NSTEMI heart attack
- You had your main (culprit) blocked artery treated with a stent soon after symptoms began
- You have multivessel disease, meaning more than one artery has a significant narrowing (not just the culprit one)
- A study team can explain the invasive tests and you (or a legal representative) agree in writing
