Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to sign informed consent (or assent, if applicable)
- Have kidney cancer confirmed by biopsy and metastatic disease seen on scans
- Be in good enough health to travel through treatment (ECOG performance 0–2) and expected to live more than 6 months
- Your most recent treatment must be an immunotherapy drug (immune checkpoint inhibitor) given for at least 3 months, with the last dose within 3 months before enrolling
- Have “oligoprogression”: up to 5 growing or newly appearing metastatic lesions on scans after immunotherapy, and the trial team can document this progression
- Labs must show your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are adequate for SBRT (the team checks blood/urine tests within 28 days)
