Who can take part
- You can sign consent, follow study visits, and complete all required tests on schedule.
- Your tumor type must be recurrent GBM or gliosarcoma, or a closely related IDH-type brain tumor as judged by pathology and MRI size.
- Your scans must clearly show the tumor is coming back after prior surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy.
- You must be eligible for the study’s delivery procedure: blood vessel testing must show your carotid artery is less than 50% blocked.
- Your tumor must be within the brain (not under the tentorium, not beyond the skull area) and be at least 1.0 cm but no bigger than 5 cm.
- Your health labs must be strong enough (blood counts, liver, and kidney function), and you must have enough overall function (Karnofsky score 70 or higher).
