Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You should be able to do most daily activities (Karnofsky score 60 or higher)
- Your tumor must have a specific type on pathology: IDH-wildtype glioblastoma, or IDH-mutant WHO grade IV astrocytoma
- You must have a surgery planned to remove recurrent tumor (redo craniotomy), with measurable tumor on scans
- Your blood tests and organ function must be within certain limits (kidney, liver, clotting, and blood counts)
- You must be willing to return for follow-up, and to give required blood, tumor/tissue, and cerebrospinal fluid samples
