Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 90 years old and generally healthy enough for study visits.
- You do not have noticeable memory or thinking problems right now.
- You are willing to do brain imaging scans, including MRI and PET.
- You are willing to provide blood samples and a spinal fluid sample (lumbar puncture) for research testing.
- You can safely have an MRI (for example, no implanted devices/metal that make scans unsafe).
- If you can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must meet the study’s pregnancy/menopause/sterilization rules.
