This study is looking for healthy volunteers to help detect the very earliest signs of Alzheimer's disease—before memory loss starts. You will have tests like memory checks, blood draws, brain scans, and a spinal tap to look for Alzheimer's-related changes.

Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 80 years old.
- If you're 50–60, you need at least one risk factor: a family history of early dementia (before age 75), the APOE4 gene, or past evidence of amyloid in your brain.
- You have normal or near-normal memory and thinking (score 26 or higher on a standard memory test).
- You speak Swedish well enough for cognitive tests and study discussions.
- You do not have dementia or a serious memory disorder, major brain injury, or recent severe mental health issues.
