HER2 CAR T plus pembrolizumab for advanced HER2 sarcoma

Who can take part
- You (or your child) have a HER2-positive sarcoma with clear HER2 staining on lab testing (at least mild/moderate HER2 signal).
- Age 1 to 25 years.
- The cancer has progressed or returned after at least one prior chemotherapy-type treatment.
- Heart and lung function must be strong enough for treatment (normal heart squeeze on ultrasound/echo, and oxygen at least 90% on room air).
- Blood counts and organ labs must meet minimum levels (including enough platelets and blood cells, and safe liver/kidney levels).
- The study must be able to collect usable CAR T cells from your body, with enough HER2 targeting ability in lab testing.
