- You are 18 years old or older
- You are a primary caregiver for someone with a chronic medical condition (or were, if they’re now deceased), or you’re connected through a caregiving network named by another participant
- You can legally agree to take part in research (able to consent)

- You are physically able to do the study activities and assessments
