Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, like bones or lymph nodes.
- You are currently on hormone therapy that lowers testosterone (like Lupron, Zoladex, or removal of the testicles).
- Your cancer is still growing even though your testosterone levels are very low.
- You have already tried one newer hormone pill, such as abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide, and it stopped working.
- A genetic test (from your tumor or blood) shows a change (mutation) in the ATM, CDK12, or CHEK2 gene.
- Your cancer is not causing significant pain or other severe symptoms.
