Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that is still growing even with low testosterone levels (castration resistant).
  • You have a specific gene change in ATM, CDK12, or CHEK2 found by a genetic test.
  • You have already tried a next-generation hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and it stopped working.
  • You have cancer that has spread to your bones or other organs (metastatic).
  • You do not have serious heart problems, liver disease, or other conditions that would make the treatment unsafe.
