  • Be age 50 or older
  • Speak English or Spanish
  • Have moderate to severe depression based on a questionnaire score above a set level
  • Have a higher fall risk based on a questionnaire score above a set level
  • Not have started or changed antidepressant medicine in the last 4 weeks
