  • You have a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury
  • You can understand the study and sign written informed consent
  • You do not have an active infection
  • You do not have active cancer, major organ failure, or serious lab test abnormalities
  • You are not pregnant, and for women who could become pregnant you use reliable birth control
  • You do not have certain high-risk issues like ongoing drug abuse, prior organ transplant, sulfur allergy, or seizure disorders
