Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have had a traumatic brain injury (from a blow to the head) for more than 6 months but less than 20 years, and you still have some disability.
  • You can communicate in English or Spanish.
  • You have not had any stem cell treatment, gene therapy, or cell therapy before.
  • You do not have serious kidney, liver, lung, or bleeding problems; active cancer; or a positive test for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or syphilis.
