Who can take part

  • You (or your child) are at least 12 years old when you sign consent
  • Your osteosarcoma diagnosis has been confirmed by pathology (biopsy/tissue test)
  • Your cancer is recurrent, relapsed, or cannot be fully removed, and has measurable tumors
  • You have already tried standard chemotherapy (including some of cisplatin, doxorubicin, methotrexate, and/or ifosfamide) and it didn’t work well
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing (archived sample within 6 months, or a new biopsy at screening if needed)
  • Your blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and overall health are strong enough to safely start study treatment
