Who can take part

  • Your stroke is recent (first stroke or another stroke within the past 6 months).
  • You have no long-term stroke effects before this episode (no prior lasting disability from prior strokes).
  • You can walk at least 10 meters, with or without devices, but you cannot rely on another person to help you walk.
  • You can understand and follow instructions during therapy (no major thinking/memory problems).
  • Your vision and hearing are good enough to watch the video and understand instructions.
  • You do not have severe speech or language problems that would prevent doing the therapy as planned.
