Who can take part
- You have confirmed sinonasal carcinoma, and you have not had any prior treatment for it.
- Your cancer is stage III or stage IVa–IVb, and your team believes it may be curable with local treatment (like surgery and/or radiation).
- You are 18 years or older, and you can sign the informed consent form.
