Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 or older) with a confirmed solid cancer that has spread to the liver
- You have 1 to 3 liver metastases on MRI, and each is not larger than 5 cm (or total size fits the rule for 3 spots)
- Your doctor recommends SBRT (a focused radiation approach) for those liver spots
- You can lie still for at least 1 hour and hold your breath for more than 25 seconds during treatment
- You can have an MRI with contrast (if needed) and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have no certain recent liver infections, and you have not had overlapping radiation to the same liver/bile area before
