Study of HLX43 alone or with immunotherapy for advanced triple-negative breast cancer

Breast Cancer (Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC))

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have advanced TNBC that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and you have not had prior treatment for this stage of cancer (or you have had at least one prior treatment if you are in a specific part of the study).
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan, and it must not be in an area that was previously treated with radiation (unless it has grown after radiation).
  • You must provide a sample of your tumor tissue for testing, either from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • You must have recovered from the side effects of any prior treatments (like chemotherapy or surgery), and at least 3 weeks must have passed since major treatments.
  • You must be in good general health (able to do your daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
