- Your cancer stage fits early/locally advanced groups like T1c–T2-4 with limited lymph node involvement (N0–N2).
- You can receive chemo first (neoadjuvant) followed by standard local treatment, as your doctor recommends.
- You’re 18+ and your general health score (ECOG) is 0 or 1 (meaning you’re able to do most usual activities).
- Your blood counts and organ tests are within required limits (white blood cells/neutrophils, platelets, liver, kidney), and your heart scan is within limits.
