This trial looks at how a daily “polypill” affects coronary (heart blood vessel) risk factors in adults who already take this polypill for prevention after a prior heart event. If you’re eligible, you’ll complete several study visits so the team can compare risk factors over time.

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Currently take the Trinomia® polypill for “secondary prevention” (prevention after a prior heart problem)
  • Be able and willing to attend all 6 study visits
  • Sign the informed consent (give permission to join)
  • Not be in another clinical trial at the same time
