Who can take part

  • You have a cancer diagnosis confirmed by a biopsy or tissue test
  • You’re 18 or older, and your doctor thinks you may live more than 3 months
  • Your condition needs to be considered “measurable” on scans (meets RECIST criteria)
  • Your liver and blood counts must be strong enough (specific lab cutoffs for kidney function, blood cells, liver proteins, and clotting tests)
  • You must be able to have the planned liver infusion procedure safely (no severe clotting problems, serious kidney failure on dialysis, or certain major heart/artery or blood pressure problems)
  • You must use effective birth control if you can become pregnant or father a child, and you must agree to frequent visits and blood tests
