Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma grade 3B confirmed by biopsy and scans
- Your scans or symptoms show you have at least one measurable spot (lesion) lymphoma can be tracked
- You have “high tumor burden,” such as many involved lymph node areas, a very large mass, fluid around organs, enlarged liver/spleen, or certain abnormal blood/PET scan results
- You have not had any prior treatment for this lymphoma
- You are age 18 to 74, can do daily activities at level 0–2, and are expected to live at least 6 months
- Your heart ultrasound shows good heart function (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50%)
