Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed CD20-positive DLBCL (aggressive large B-cell lymphoma)
- Your doctor says your lymphoma is high risk, with an IPI score of 3 or higher
- You have a measurable tumor that can be tracked on scans or exams (per the trial’s response rules)
- Your heart pumping function is at least 50% on an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart)
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidneys are working well enough for chemotherapy
- You cannot have an allergy/contraindication to CHOP medicines, including prior anthracycline treatment
