- You were eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine (for the time period you got it).
- Your symptoms or test results happened within 42 days after a COVID-19 vaccine dose.

- Your case also matches at least one specific heart finding, such as abnormal troponin blood tests, abnormal MRI/ECG/echo, or signs of inflammation on tests.
