Personalized CAR-T therapy for recurring brain tumor

Who can take part

  • You have glioblastoma that has come back or didn’t respond well to treatment, confirmed by recent brain scans
  • You’ve had brain surgery (resection) or a biopsy at the time of diagnosis
  • You are strong enough for study treatment (Karnofsky score above 60%)
  • You’ve already had specific prior treatment: at least 4005 cGy radiation with chemotherapy called temozolomide
  • You have not used certain anti-cancer blood-vessel medicines before (for example, bevacizumab)
  • You can have repeat MRI scans (no allergy/medical issue with contrast and you have no MRI-incompatible implants)
