Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older with an advanced or treatment-resistant solid tumor (Phase 2 focuses on unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer).
- For solid tumors, you have measurable disease on a scan (RECIST 1.1) and you’ve already had at least one standard metastatic treatment regimen.
- Your recent health tests are strong enough: hemoglobin ≥ 9, neutrophils (ANC) ≥ 1,500, platelets ≥ 100,000, and blood counts/coagulation within required ranges.
- Your organs can handle treatment: bilirubin, AST/ALT, kidney function (GFR), and albumin meet study limits.
- You must be able to take pills by mouth and be stable enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1).
