Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- You are between 25 and 65 years old
- You can come for 2 visits within 2–4 weeks (daytime), and stay 1–2 hours each
- You can fast for at least 6 hours before the first visit
- At each visit, you can give blood from a vein and have up to 4 fingerstick checks
- You are not in another research study, and you have not had a recent blood transfusion or major blood loss
