  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have multiple sclerosis or optic neuritis (a condition that can be part of the early MS spectrum)
  • You must be able to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) as part of routine testing
  • You must also have a brain MRI as part of routine testing
