FCRL5 protein in multiple sclerosis and treatment response

This study looks at a protein called FCRL5 in your blood to see if it is linked to multiple sclerosis and how well treatments work. It also includes people with Sjögren's syndrome and healthy volunteers for comparison. You may be asked to give blood samples and answer some questions.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 80 years old.
  • You either have multiple sclerosis, Sjögren's syndrome, or you are a healthy volunteer.
  • If you have multiple sclerosis, you must not have had a relapse in the last 3 months.
  • You cannot be taking immune-suppressing drugs or have taken corticosteroids in the last 3 months.
  • You must be able to sign the consent form.
