Who can take part
- You must be in the OFSEP-HD MS study (an ongoing follow-up program)
- You must be at least 15 years old
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS), not CIS or RIS
- Your MS disability level must be between 0 and 7 on the EDSS scale
- You must be able and willing to sign consent, and complete questionnaires
