Who can take part

  • You have high-risk acute B-cell leukemia and you need an allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • You have a donor option: matched sibling, 8/10+ matched unrelated donor, or a half-matched (haploidentical) donor
  • Your age is 12 to 65 years
  • Your liver and kidney tests are within allowed limits (not severely abnormal)
  • You do not have a serious or uncontrolled infection, major organ failure, or severe uncontrolled mental illness
  • Your daily function is limited at most a little (ECOG 0–2), and you can sign consent
