Who can take part
- You have high-risk acute B-cell leukemia and you need an allogeneic stem cell transplant
- You have a donor option: matched sibling, 8/10+ matched unrelated donor, or a half-matched (haploidentical) donor
- Your age is 12 to 65 years
- Your liver and kidney tests are within allowed limits (not severely abnormal)
- You do not have a serious or uncontrolled infection, major organ failure, or severe uncontrolled mental illness
