Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have long-term heart failure and be admitted for a planned hospital day visit or consultation
- Have signed the study consent after learning the study details
- Have kidney function not requiring dialysis, and filtration not too low (less than 15 ml/min/m2 means you may be excluded)
- Not be expected to live 3 months or less due to other illnesses
- Able to provide lung ultrasound images (not having severe lung conditions that block the scan)
