  • You are 18 or older
  • You have chronic heart failure with preserved pumping function (left ejection fraction at least 50%)
  • You are currently being seen by a hospital for a scheduled day visit or consultation
  • You can understand the study and have signed consent
  • You are covered by a social security health plan
  • You should not have a health problem expected to limit life to 3 months or less
