Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumors; for the lung-cancer part, it’s non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • If it’s lung cancer, it must be stage IV or stage IIIB/IIIC and not eligible for curative (definitive) treatment.
  • Your lung tumor must be non-squamous cell type, and you have not had chemo or other body-wide treatment for advanced lung cancer yet.
  • Your tumor must match at least one marker: PD-L1 is negative (TPS under 1%), or your tumor has STK11 mutation (in tumor tissue or blood/ctDNA).
  • You should not have common gene changes that already have a standard first-line targeted treatment (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or other actionable changes).
  • For the lung-cancer part: you cannot have had an immune checkpoint inhibitor before, recent radiation (within 7 days), or active brain metastases.
