Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and weigh at least 40 kg.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy or for which no cure exists.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your cancer must be a type where approved immunotherapy is used, and specifically, you must have advanced melanoma or PD-L1 positive lung cancer for the later part of the study.
  • You must be able to perform daily activities with only minor help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Women who can have children and men with partners who can have children must agree to use birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
