Who can take part
- You are 30 years old or younger (and the first few patients must be 18+).
- Your AML must be CD33-positive on a lab test (flow cytometry).
- Your AML must fit one of these situations: first relapse within 6 months, second-or-later relapse, relapse after 6 months with specific MRD levels, or refractory AML after chemotherapy.
- You must be well enough for treatment (performance score usually at least 50) and have expected survival of at least 8 weeks.
- You must be able to donate/collect cells for manufacturing (apheresis), or have enough already-collected cells.
- Major infections and pregnancy are not allowed, and you must be able to stop certain medicines for specific time windows before enrollment.
