Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your leukemia cells have a high level of the CD33 protein (over 80%) as shown on a lab test.
  • Your cancer has returned after treatment or hasn't responded to at least two rounds of standard therapy.
  • You have at least 5% leukemia cells in your bone marrow (by one test) or over 1% by another test.
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function are adequate, and you have no active lung infection or uncontrolled infections.
