Who can take part
- Your AML cells must have a specific marker called CD371.
- Your AML must have come back after treatment (relapsed) or not responded to treatment (refractory).
- If you have had a stem cell transplant before, it must be at least 100 days ago, with no active graft-versus-host disease, and you must be off immune-suppressing drugs for 30 days.
- You need to be fairly active and able to do daily tasks (for adults: ECOG 0-1; for children under 16: Lansky 60 or higher).
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs must be working well enough.
- A suitable stem cell donor must be available in case you need another transplant later.
