Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are currently in cardiogenic shock (very low blood pressure needing medicines)
- Your body shows poor blood flow to organs (for example, cold/clammy skin or low urine output)
- Your blood lactate level is high (greater than 3.0 mmol/L)
- You can start treatment within 6 hours after cardiogenic shock began
