Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older.
- You had a recent heart attack (STEMI or NSTEMI) with cardiogenic shock.
- You had or will have a blocked artery opened with PCI (a stent procedure) within 60 minutes.
- Your blood pressure is very low (systolic under 90 for over 30 minutes) or you need strong medicine to keep it over 90.
- You have signs of lung congestion and at least one sign of poor organ blood flow (confusion, cold clammy skin, very low urine, or high lactate).
