Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to understand and sign consent
- Have leptomeningeal disease confirmed by spinal fluid (CSF) and/or MRI
- Be well enough to participate (Karnofsky score above 50) and meet “good risk” criteria
- Be able to come to study visits and follow study rules, including not donating blood during treatment and for 30 days after
- Have a planned way to receive treatment into brain fluid through an intraventricular catheter (for example an Ommaya reservoir)
- Have no pregnancy or breastfeeding, and use very effective birth control if you can become pregnant (or your partner can) during treatment and for 150 days after the last dose
