Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or is clearly seen on scans, and it has spread to the lining of your brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
- You have an Ommaya reservoir or similar device already in place to receive treatments into your spinal fluid.
- You have had radiation therapy to your whole brain before starting the study.
- Your daily steroid dose for brain swelling is low (≤4 mg dexamethasone or equivalent).
- You are able to undergo regular brain MRIs with contrast dye.
