Who can take part
- You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
- You are able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
- You can take a low dose of steroids for brain symptoms (≤4 mg dexamethasone per day).
- You have had at least 7 days since any brain or spine radiation, or 14 days since chemotherapy or other study drugs.
- You do not have a tube to drain fluid from the brain (VP shunt) or active autoimmune disease needing strong medication.
- You are 18 years or older and have adequate organ function.
