Who can take part
- Your diagnosis is triple-negative breast cancer confirmed from a pathology test (primary tumor or a metastatic biopsy).
- Your tumor tests show ER and progesterone receptor are very low, and HER2 is 0–1+ (or 2+ but confirmed negative).
- Your tumor must have MGMT promoter methylation (a specific lab result on the tumor).
- You can provide tumor tissue (archived preserved tissue is preferred; otherwise a new biopsy is needed).
- You’ve had chemotherapy that included anthracyclines and taxanes, and you’ve had at least one chemotherapy line for metastatic disease.
- Your scans show measurable cancer (not only bone-only spread), and you must meet blood, kidney, and liver test thresholds.
